Any updates or additions to the course content during the access period will be automatically accessible to users at no additional cost.


Users experiencing technical issues with accessing or using the course materials can contact our customer support team for assistance.Technical support inquiries will be addressed promptly during regular business hours.


Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for ensuring that they do not share their account access with unauthorized individuals.

At frenchride.com we strive to provide high-quality language classes to our students and ensure their satisfaction. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a student may need to request a refund. This refund policy outlines the conditions and procedures for obtaining a refund for our language classes.

1. Eligibility for Refund: Full Refund: Students are eligible for a full refund if they notify us in writing of their intention to cancel their enrollment within seven days prior to the start date of the class.


Partial Refund: If a student requests a refund after the class has begun but before completing 50% of the total class duration, they may be eligible for a partial refund. The specific refund amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the individual circumstances


Refund Requests: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our email address: support@frenchride.com or frenchridellc@gmail.com.The request should include the student's name, contact information, and reason for the refund a Refund requests must be made within seven days from the date of cancellation or withdrawal from the class supporting documentation may be required to process the refund request, such as proof of payment.


Refund Process: Once we receive a refund request, we will review it within seven working days and inform the student of the outcome. If the refund request is approved, the refund will be issued within seven working days after the approval notification. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the enrollment, unless otherwise agreed upon.


Non-Refundable Fees: Registration fees, administration fees, or any other non-tuition-related fees are non-refundable. Any expenses incurred by the student, such as textbooks, materials, or examination fees, are non-refundable.


Class Cancellation or Changes: In the event that we cancel a language class before it begins, students will be entitled to a full refund of the tuition fees paid. If there are any significant changes to the class schedule, curriculum, or instructor after the class has started, students will have the option to continue with the modified arrangements or request a refund.


Exceptions: Refund policies may vary for specialized or customized language classes, study abroad programs, or intensive courses.
